I am a Relate-qualified and experienced couple counsellor with a specialist ATSAC qualification in sex and porn addiction treatment. I am a professionally qualified post-graduate executive and relationship coach and ran a successful business consultancy coaching senior and middle executives for over 20 years.  After working as a relationship counsellor for Relate for 7 years I  qualified with the UK's leading body on sex and porn addiction treatment ATSAC in 2013.

I have been offering specialist sex and porn addition treatment now for 9 years in West Yorkshire and have successfully helped many clients. I am EMDR trained to work with trauma.  I lecture in  Psychotherapeutic Counselling Skills and Theory. 

What Esteem Therapy Yorkshire Provides

• sex addiction and porn addiction counselling and treatment for individuals including excessive use of on/off-line porn, online sex chat behaviours, multiple relationships and affairs, paid-for sex, compulsive sexual behaviours, sexual behaviour disorders.  I provide help for male and female addicts.
• partner support - this includes information sessions and sign-posting to other specialists who can help partners of my clients in an objective and unbiased way
• couple counselling with a focus on addictive behaviours including sex and porn addition and others that are having a negative impact on  the quality of life such as gambling, compulsive eating, excessive use of internet etc
• sessions can be face to face, telephone, Skype or web chat.
• EMDR treatment for trauma
• general relations and couple counselling
• general therapy for anxiety, stress, social and personal barriers, family issues
• sexual offenders and anyone at risk of, or worried about, sexual offending

About Our Service

• Our service is totally confidential - we do not disclose any client's information to any external agency, authority etc except where personal safety of client or others is at risk
• Our services work to the ethical codes of the National Counselling Society and CoSRT
• Sessions are mostly via phone, video call, text chat with in-person options in our offices in South Leeds and Wakefield.
• Appointments are arranged flexibly to fit in with clients' work and life patterns

Fees

Initial assessment session £45.  All other sessions per hour - £65.00 for all enquiries from 1st April 2023. 

Free 15-30 minute telephone consultation - to check your needs and if my service is right for you.

I am willing to discuss deductions for those with financial constraints ie students, workless etc

Discounted blocks of sessions (paid in full in advance):

Block of 6 sessions (excluding first session) is £330 (£50 ea).  Block of 9 sessions is £440.00 (£48.00 ea). "Full recovery" block of 12 = £540.00. (£45.00 ea)
